　　北京慧特皮草有限公司，是一家集經(jīng)營各種國內(nèi)外皮毛產(chǎn)品、采購、制造、加工、生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易、服務一條龍企業(yè)。和國內(nèi)外眾多皮草公司建立了合作伙伴關系。皮草企業(yè)本身就具有特殊性，加之企業(yè)董事長是一位具有國際眼光的女強人，因此很快本案的氣質即被定義，“時尚”“柔美”“尊崇”“定制”。整個項目要兼顧展示、辦公、生產(chǎn)等多種功能，因此各個空間的設計手法不同，一層為接待展示區(qū)，柔美的曲線延伸到各功能區(qū)，時尚感油然而生。二層為主要辦公區(qū)，仿佛從一層盤旋而上的柔美曲線，在空間中流動，使整個辦公環(huán)境通透、時尚。其他4個樓層為生產(chǎn)和服務員工區(qū)，采用簡潔大方的設計手法。整個項目時尚唯美，很好的塑造了慧特皮草企業(yè)的氣質。

　　Beijing Witty fur Co., Ltd, a large-scale company, takes the main business such as fur products, purchasing, manufacturing, processing, trading and serving. It has established the cooperative relationship with several fur companies both domestic and overseas. The fur company has its own characteristic and besides, the chairman of the company is an able woman who has an international eyesight. Thus, the whole style was soon decided---“fashion,””grace,””respect,””custom-made”. The functions of exhibition, working and fashion will be taken into consideration. Different design method has been used for different spaces. The first floor is the reception and exhibition area. Graceful curves extend to several function areas, bringing out the sense of fashion. The second floor is working space. A curve, which circles upward, is floating in the space. This makes the space transparent and fashionable. The other four floors are manufacturing and serving areas. The design for these floor focuses on tidiness. The whole project is fashionable and aesthetic, embodying the characteristic of the company in an elaborate way.
