　　榆樹(shù)莊房地產(chǎn)投資公司位于北京市豐臺(tái)區(qū)榆樹(shù)莊公園內(nèi)，本案室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)在土建規(guī)劃階段就參與其中。建筑風(fēng)格以“公園里的建筑，建筑里的園林”為理念。建筑為地上一層、下沉一層，四周被假山、綠植、人造湖環(huán)繞著;建筑中間有中庭、綠化、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)定位也延續(xù)了建筑風(fēng)格，采用園林借景的方法，大面積的開(kāi)窗、留白，來(lái)達(dá)到移步換景的視覺(jué)效果。其主要功能：一層包括接待大廳、董事長(zhǎng)辦公室、辦公區(qū)、會(huì)議室，衛(wèi)生間。下沉一層包括員工餐廳、豪華大包間、中包間、休息室、辦公區(qū)、衛(wèi)生間。
